Man Arrested for Causing Ambulance to Crash in Central Florida

A man was arrested for deliberately causing an ambulance carrying a patient to crash in Central Florida. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrested the man after he interfered with emergency medical personnel, pursued an ambulance transporting a patient, and intentionally caused a crash that put first responders and the patient inside in danger.

Hillsborough County Fire Rescue recently responded to a medical call at a home in Ruskin, south of Tampa. While paramedics were providing emergency medical care to a female patient, a male also at the residence, 35-year-old Johnny Arman, became hostile toward them, according to local law enforcement.
