BELLEVILLE, Wis. —The Village of Belleville has received a $1.716 million federal grant to build a bicycle and pedestrian underpass beneath state highways 69 and 92 near the Belleville School District campus.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation made the award through its Transportation Alternatives Program.
