TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said they arrested a man for an Aggravated DUI after an officer pulled him over for reckless driving.
Around 9:55 p.m. on Tuesday, authorities said an officer out on patrol noticed a car driving recklessly near East 11th Street and South Garnett Road.
