SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Valley Investigative Unit reported that a months-long drug investigation led to arrests at two Spokane homes and the seizure of suspected fentanyl, guns, a suppressor and a vehicle.
Investigators said they developed probable cause to charge 45-year-old Ryan L. Patterson with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and to arrest 36-year-old Karena R. Hansen for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. They also served search warrants at homes in the 800 block of South Sherman Street and the 3100 block of North Crestline Street on August 31, 2026.
The agency said detectives worked with the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force, the SWAT Team, the Spokane County Sheriff’s Investigative Unit and RAVEN during the operation. Patterson and Hansen were taken into custody without incident…
