ANDERSON, S.C. — Lights on a stretch of I-85 between Greenville and Anderson counties have been out since at least 2017, as millions of drivers prepare to travel for Labor Day weekend.
FOX Carolina drove this stretch to check out concerns from viewers. In many places along the interstate, there are no lights at all. In areas where light poles are present, most of the lights are out.

“That is ridiculous honestly 10 years that’s way too long for this to go unnoticed or unfixed,” one driver said.
