A Washington woman is accusing a nonprofit organization of withholding donations intended for fire relief victims on the Spokane and Colville reservations. She said Heroes Homestead stored about 12 pallets of donated supplies before a dispute over access and ownership arose. She has since filed a police report and says she plans to release additional video documenting the donations.
