A Redfield man was arrested in Dallas County following an alleged incident.
According to court documents, on Friday, September 4th at 8:11pm, a Dallas County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Old Highway 6 and I Avenue for a vehicle that was speeding.
Court documents show that the deputy observed the driver’s eyes were glossy and bloodshot, and there was an odor of alcohol coming from the driver. Court reports indicate that the driver, later identified as 30-year-old Chandler Wagner, showed impairment during the field sobriety test and consented to a breath test that resulted in a Blood Alcohol Concentration level of 0.110 percent, above the legal limit of 0.08 percent…
