Roughly three years ago, Marissa Ray was newly graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in business administration.
Splitting her time as a stay-at-home mom and a virtual assistant, Ray was looking for what was next. She found the answer in a 1960s coffee trailer, which came up for sale at the end of 2023.
