Goddard is the fourth city in the Wichita area to implement rules governing the use of devices such as e-bikes, minibikes, hoverboards and motorized scooters.
The ordinance approved by the Goddard City Council on Tuesday includes revisions to the original version of the ordinance shown to council members in August.
