Des Moines man faces 18 drug-related charges in large seizure, police say

DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines Police have arrested a man and charged him with more than a dozen drug-related charges.

On Thursday, DMPD arrested 40-year-old Roryon Carter at his home around 8:00 a.m. According to a police report, authorities discovered 278 grams of cocaine inside Carter’s 2017 BMW.
