Two Southwest Florida supporters of the University of South Florida in Tampa have gifted $5 million to name its eye institute the USF Health Tyson-Martin Eye Institute.
The gift is from Naples resident Caroline Sue “Suzi” Martin and her son, Fort Myers resident Dr. Farrell “Toby” Tyson.
It will name future satellite clinics, establish the Tyson-Martin Endowed Chair in Ophthalmology and enhance the Ophthalmology Medicine Fund, among other things…
