That vision became Endura Health Direct Primary Care, a Lutz-based practice founded by Esan, a physician with a background in family and sports medicine. His decision to adopt the Direct Primary Care model grew from frustration with traditional healthcare settings that can prioritize volume over individual attention.
“I wanted to create a practice where patients could have direct access to their physician,” Esan explains, “to discuss their concerns in depth, and develop a long-term relationship centered around their health goals.”
