One of the showpiece events for Flickr’s MODE Festival in downtown Minneapolis was canceled on Friday evening due to heavy rain that fell throughout the day.
Rapper and songwriter Vince Staples was due to perform on the MODE Sound stage in Loring Park, with Infinity Song booked as the opener.
