COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Nearly a decade after 21-year-old Candice Taylor’s legs were found at a Columbus trash facility, her mother is still seeking answers about who killed her daughter and impersonated her in Facebook messages for months after her death.
Theodora Taylor described Candice as kind, smart, silly and “easy to talk to.” She said her daughter dreamed of working in the fashion industry in New York City.
Before her death, Candice maintained daily contact with her family while she was living in an apartment on Chatterton Road in southeast Columbus with her boyfriend, according to Theodora.
