At its Sept. 22 meeting, the Bedford County Board of Supervisors authorized the county Economic Development Authority to issue a lease revenue bond to finance an expansion of the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office and construction of a new building for the Department of Social Services.
The projects were approved in May and June.
