TULSA, Okla. — Residents at the Riverpark at Kensington apartments in Tulsa are facing major mail delivery disruptions following a United States Postal Service inspection that found multiple mailboxes unsecured and unfit for service.
The delivery hold has forced some residents to track down their mail manually. During a visit to the property, a tenant was seen flagging down passing FedEx and USPS delivery trucks to ask if she had any incoming packages or mail.
According to an on-site property manager, the complex’s mailbox troubles date back to February during a winter snowstorm. A survey company had placed $1 bills inside every mailbox, which allegedly prompted individuals to break into all 400 boxes using a crowbar…
