COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Hundreds of butterflies took flight over Saluda Shoals Park on Sunday afternoon in a special event honoring foster children across the Midlands.
The Midlands Foundation for Foster Children partnered with the University of South Carolina’s Alpha Xi Delta sorority to host the community gathering.
