HAMILTON, Ohio (WXIX) – A Mt. Healthy man has been indicted by a Butler County Grand Jury for allegedly causing the death a woman in February 2025.
On Monday, Sept. 28, Gary Martin was indicted on one count each of involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, trafficking in cocaine, and reckless homicide for the death of Elexie Field, court documents say.
According to a complaint, Field was found dead inside her Monroe home on Feb. 8, 2025, after she overdosed on cocaine. An investigation revealed Martin supplied her the drugs the day before her death.
Monroe police arrested Martin Aug. 31. He is currently being held in the Butler County Jail…
