COLUMBIA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – The proposed $67 billion merger between Dominion Energy and NextEra Energy would create the nation’s largest regulated electric utility.
Regulators in three states continue reviewing the deal, and Virginia customers are now being offered additional benefits that are not currently part of the package for South Carolina or North Carolina customers.
