MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Two Marion County residents are behind bars after being indicted on federal charges for allegedly threatening a witness in an ongoing court case, federal officials announced.
Ashley Dillard, 22, of Dunnellon, and Jahlique Debanairr Lawson, 28, of Ocala—also known as “Gang Gang”—were charged with obstruction of the due administration of justice. U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announced the charges. Both defendants remain in custody while awaiting the outcome of the case.
Court documents show that the alleged conduct happened between August 11 and August 22, 2026. Investigators claim Dillard and Lawson worked together to threaten and pressure an individual they believed was a witness in an active criminal case within the Middle District of Florida…
