LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A 35-year-old man from Charlotte was arraigned Wednesday on charges after a 58-year-old Jackson man was killed in a hit-and-run crash earlier this month.
According to the Blackman-Leoni Department of Public Safety, officers were sent to the area of Rosehill Road near Videto Lane in Blackman Township at around 10:41 p.m. after receiving reports of a man lying motionless in the road. The caller also reported a scooter in the road.
Officers arrived to find 58-year-old Eric Estey. Life-saving measures were attempted but were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead at the scene…
