13th Floor Homes, the homebuilding division of 13th Floor Investments, has sold Solera at Avalon Trails, a 74-home active-adult rental community in West Delray Beach, to Robbins Property Associates (RPA) for a real property value of $29.3 million.
The Tampa-based multifamily owner and operator acquired the community following successful development, completion and lease-up by 13th Floor Homes.
