A Villager who stepped out of a checkout line to watch her dog wait in her golf cart sparked a wild catfight at a Circle K in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.
Amy Annette Knowles, 42, who lives in the Village of Silver Lake, and 25-year-old Liana Elizabeth Lovvorn of Ocklawaha, were both issued notices to appear in court on a charge of affray following the Sept. 17 brawl.
The drama began at about 7 a.m. at the Circle K located at 3 La Grande Blvd. on the Historic Side of The Villages. Knowles was waiting to pay but stepped out of line and stood near the door so she could keep an eye on her dog, which was waiting outside in her golf cart, according to the Lady Lake Police Department…
