PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A free, immersive, walk-through haunted attraction featuring famous movie monsters and designed by a local artist will run through October in Northeast Portland.
Local artist Mike Bennett created Dead Media Video Rentals because “Halloween was always my favorite holiday.” He said, “As a kid, I was always fascinated by haunted houses, but I was too scared to go to one. This haunted house is for all of those kids – and adults. Don’t worry, though, it’s still pretty spooky. No chainsaws here!”
The inclusive haunted house is on 707 NE Fremont Street, right across from Irving Park.In an immersive experience, guests are asked to watch out for the missing manager, Jason “Freddy” Bennett, as they walk through sprawling aisles of VHS tapes…
