LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A woman has been arrested on suspicion of child abuse involving a 24-day-old infant, according to Lincoln police.
Court documents show that on Sept. 13, officers were called to Bryan East for a report of child abuse. The Lincoln Police Department said 20-year-old Kayleigh Lowe had brought in a baby with significant head trauma, broken ribs and other injuries.
The baby was transported to an Omaha hospital due to the severity of their injuries. Lowe was interviewed by police the next day…
