A 12-acre horse farm in northwest Ocala was just sold for $1.7 million, continuing a steady wave of horse farm real estate transactions across Marion County this year.

Located at 7575 NW 90th Avenue, the property was sold by John and Louise Coates to Camille Mubarac Riviere for $1,700,000 on Sept. 22, according to property records.
