Ferguson Police Chief’s contract renewed

FERGUSON, Mo. – The City of Ferguson renewed Police Chief Troy Doyle’s employment agreement.

Under the new agreement, Doyle will continue to serve as the city’s police chief through Jan. 31, 2030.

City officials said his extended tenure provides long term continuity as the city advances its policing strategies and continues its work under the federal consent decree.
