The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old who left her home earlier this week.
Clarksville Police say Kambria Higgins was last seen by her foster mother on Monday at a residence on Lafayette Road in Clarksville. Authorities say she left the home without notice, and it is currently unknown what clothing she was wearing at the time.
