JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The legal battle continues over whether JXN Water should be subject to the state’s Public Records Act.
For nearly a year, the People’s Advocacy Institute and Mississippi Poor People’s Campaign have been pushing U.S. District Judge Henry Wingate to require the utility to comply with the act.
