LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The City of Little Rock is proposing a special citywide weekend curfew for youth under age 18 starting Friday.
The proposal is expected to be voted on during a special-called meeting of the Little Rock Board of Directors and will be strictly enforced by the Little Rock Police Department.
