Police ID man stabbed to death in Greater Ville

ST. LOUIS – Homicide detectives with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department have identified a man found stabbed to death in the city’s Greater Ville neighborhood.

According to a police spokesperson, the stabbing occurred on Wednesday, April 8, in an alley behind the 3200 block of North Taylor Avenue.

Officers arrived at the scene shortly after 10:30 p.m. and found the body of Randy Veasley. He was 59.
