LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Eligible men in the United States will soon be automatically registered for the military draft, with the change set to start in December.
The Selective Service System, the federal agency that maintains a database of men who could be called upon in the event of a national emergency, submitted a proposed rule to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) on March 30, according to the office’s dashboard.
