RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond’s spring heatwave is officially record-breaking.
At about 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, temperatures in Richmond reached 93 degrees Fahrenheit — breaking the previous record for the hottest April 15 in Richmond history, according to StormTracker8 Chief Meteorologist Matt DiNardo.
