CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A man once suspected in his wife’s disappearance in Charleston County faced a judge Monday, this time in connection to a separate decades-long cold case homicide in New Jersey.
Robert William McCaffrey Jr., 54, appeared at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Sussex County Superior Court, according to the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.
He is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping, and second-degree burglary in connection with the 1990 killing of Lisa Marie McBride in New Jersey…
