The 53rd Annual Old West End Historic Festival is set for June 6-7.
The popular festival is headlined by the 117th anniversary of the King Wamba Carnival Parade, which steps off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, with Grand Marshall Mark Moffett.
