MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV) — The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office launched its countywide Overdose Dashboard Monday in an effort to provide real-time data on overdose incidents in the community.
The coroner’s office said that through providing accurate, timely data, the dashboard can help identify trends across Berkeley County, reduce stigma surrounding substance use disorder, and support informed decision-making.
The dashboard is live on the coroner’s office’s website, but it is also available to be viewed through the Charleston Center’s Bridge2Hope app. Bridge2Hope offers those in need of drug and alcohol treatment, recovery, and harm reduction resources help finding support group meetings, information on sober living options, naloxone access points, and more.
