Man charged with abduction, attempted murder in Toledo stabbing

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is accused of abducting a victim and trying to kill her in a stabbing.

A Lucas County grand jury indicted Nicholas Ratliff, 43, on charges of abduction, attempted murder and felonious assault, court records show.
