BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The New York man charged with killing two Pennsylvania firefighters in a DUI crash appeared in court Tuesday.
Alexander Sepulveda-Rivera, 26, of the Bronx, New York, arrived for his preliminary hearing in Berks County in handcuffs and prison clothes.
