ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Mobile trailers equipped with showers, restrooms, sinks, and a separate laundry unit will soon be deployed in Albuquerque for use by people experiencing homelessness.

On Tuesday, the city recieved three mobile hygiene trailers that were funded by a $246,118 state capital outlay request approved by legislators. The trailers—two shower units and one laundry unit—are 20 feet long, climate-controlled, and fully ADA-compliant.
