ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A jury found a St. Louis man not guilty of murdering another man at a party, but found him guilty of illegally possessing a gun.
Turley Smith, 32, was found not guilty on Wednesday of first-degree murder and armed criminal action for the death of Percy Bowman, 44, on March 15, 2025, according to the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court.
