SPOKANE, Wash. — A city announcement said Finch Arboretum will host a free Arbor Day celebration on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A ceremony with Mayor Lisa Brown is set for 1 p.m. to mark Spokane’s 23rd year as a Tree City USA and open the revitalized Touch and See Nature Trail at the arboretum.
