LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Police are investigating a shooting in Downtown Lansing that hospitalized multiple people Thursday night. No arrests have been made, and the suspect has not yet been found.
The shooting occurred just before 10 p.m. in the area of Hillsdale Street and Chestnut Street downtown. Assistant Lansing Police Chief Eric Pratl tells 6 News he cannot share the number of victims, their gender or their ages at this time.
6 News arrived on the scene shortly after 10 p.m., where we saw at least a dozen police cars and other emergency vehicles were seen setting up a perimeter in the area, closing roads in the area.
