A man is recovering this morning after witnesses say he tried to chase down a couple following an argument at a gas station on Broad Street last night. It happened down the road, about a five minute drive, from where the Fairgrounds were letting out for Jazz Fest.
Shortly after 6:30pm, gunfire rang out near the corner of Toulouse and North White Streets.
Witnesses say three people had been arguing, then it turned into a fight at the gas station…
