Kehoe signs four bills into law addressing schools, cannabis and St. Louis governance

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., (KBSI) — Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe signed four bills into law Thursday, addressing issues including antisemitism in schools, cannabis regulation and regional governance in St. Louis.

One measure, House Bill 2061, adopts a definition of antisemitism for use in public schools and colleges and requires such incidents to be handled under existing anti-discrimination policies.

Another law, House Bill 2641, revises regulations on hemp-derived cannabinoid products, placing them under the state’s marijuana oversight framework and limiting sales by unlicensed entities…
