WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita man was sentenced on Friday for a months-long burglary spree targeting local churches and businesses.
Stephen Rowell, 49, was sentenced to over 11 years in prison and 12 months of post-release supervision for his involvement in 11 separate burglaries from last May to August.
He was also ordered to pay more than $28,000 in restitution to the victims.
