Periwinkle’s family is still wondering how she managed to travel dozens of miles on her own.
“Honestly, your guess is as good as mine,” said Tanna Trueblood, the daughter of Periwinkle’s owner.
The roughly 4-year-old cat, who is well-known in her neighborhood as an indoor-outdoor feline, disappeared from her West Salem home on April 4.
