Portland Crime Spree: 5 arrested after MAX station attack, Plaid Pantry thefts

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Three men and two women went on a crime spree last week that involved an assault and robbery at a North Portland MAX stop and two incidents at Plaid Pantry stores, police reported.

According to court documents, police responded Thursday, April 23, to a robbery at the North Lombard Transit Center, 7510 N. Interstate Ave.

A man and woman said they were walking to a gas station when a Black Chrysler pulled up and five people got out and “jumped them.”…
