GRAND RAPIDS, MI — A new owner plans to revive the now vacant Flanagan’s Irish Pub in downtown Grand Rapids.
The building that housed the financially embattled pub at 139 Pearl St. NW is now off the market after being listed for sale at $4 million last summer.
The sale was announced by Moxie Real Estate + Development of Grand Rapids, which helped broker the deal. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed…
