NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — A 4-year-old boy died after he was pulled from a hotel swimming pool in North Myrtle Beach, the Horry County Coroner’s Office said.
Lauchlin McMann died Monday at the Medical University of South Carolina after he was pulled from the pool in North Beach Plantation on April 21, Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said. He was visiting the area with his family from Palmyra, Maine.
According to a police report, when officers arrived at North Beach Plantation at 48th Avenue S., the boy was already being given CPR. EMS arrived a short time later and took over performing CPR until he was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center…
