WASILLA, Alaska (KTUU) – The Matanuska-Susitna Borough says that ice on bodies of water throughout the Valley is becoming weaker and is warning residents not to venture out.
According to the borough, the rise in temperatures and changing conditions are resulting in weaker and unstable ice conditions.
